  This store is a complete waste of time and has the worst customer service I have ever seen in a dry clean shop. Its fine if something is late beyond their control, but this was not the case, and was not communicated to the customer. Now the customer is screwed by their poor service.

  When asked why the suit was not ready on time, I received a shrug and a lame "not sure driver must be running late." No call was given to let me know it would be late, or to try and arrange a different pick up time.

  No excuse was given, No discount offered. They charged me $37 (Which anywhere in Sydney would be same day prices for one damn suit.) and lied to me by not having my suit ready at the agreed upon time.

  Pretty simple really, dropped off a suit on Tuesday morning requesting it back by Thursday morning. Was told it would be ready Thursday morning. Arrived to pick up suit Thursday at 11AM and was told to come back after 130PM. The suit was not ready at the agreed upon time.
