  Considering a Shellac mani and pedi cost $75 which is up there on the high end of equivalent Sydney prices, on the 3rd day after the clear varnish they put over top is yellowing and you can tell the shellac hasn't been applied appropriately because if I touch a corner I know it will easily peel off.

  Their appointment setting skills are pretty bad... it was very evident they were understaffed, and when you book to come in with 5 people you kind expect to share the experience together not be pushed all around the store at different times.

  Poor quality of work at a ridiculous price. I had a pedicure with no polish. Had to ask for my feet to be bladed which was done very poorly. Nails cut badly. Charged $35
